Goal Tracker is a software package that tracks student progress, goals, and behavior incidents of students in special education. Goal Tracker has the ability to track progress as often as you need. This kind of tracking allows instructors and therapists to view real-time graphs of student progress, create detailed reports, and asses the effectiveness of techniques instantly.

How it Works

- We use this motto everytime we add a new feature to Goal Tracker. Goal Tracker is easy; ask any one of our customers, we think they will agree.

A Typical Day

Tracking data used to be tedious and difficult. Goal Tracker was created to solve this problem by making data entry and monitoring simple. Here is how it works:

Instructors log-in to Goal Tracker Online from any computer with internet connection. They are then taken straight to the tracking interface where they can see all of their assigned students and their goals.

Goal Tracker was designed to make navigation very easy. Teachers can switch students, create goals, enter data, and generate reports from the main screen. In fact, they will do almost everything from here!

Here are a few examples of what teachers will do in Goal Tracker...

Creating a Goal

If a goal needs to be created, the instructor clicks the "Add Goal" button from the top toolbar.

The goal wizard opens and guides the instructor step by step through the creation of the goal. When the teacher is done with all the steps, they are done creating the goal. We never want you to feel lost; if you forget to fill out something, Goal Tracker will take you back and show you!

Adding Data

If the instructor needs to add data to a goal, they double click on that day or click "Enter Data." When entering data, the instructor can also enter any notes associated with that session. Data entry is optimized, so whether you have 1 data point, or 1000, it can be done quickly.

Tracking Data

After entering data, Goal Tracker automatically generates a line graph for each goal that has data. This graph not only shows the progress but can display notes and trend lines. This graph provides quick information and can also be printed in a report to show progress to parents and staff.

Creating Reports

A single click on the "Reports" button will open the report creator. The teacher is guided step by step through the process, creating the exact report that they need. The report can be generated in several formats (.doc, .pdf, .rtf) to fit your specific needs.

Online Training:

Online training is a great way to get effective and personalized training at only a fraction of the cost of the on-site training. This 2-3 hour training session with a member of our Goal Tracker staff is a great way to get started. This is a step by step interactive training that allows users to ask questions and learn by doing while the instructor teaches. This has proven to be an in-expensive, yet effective, method.

On-Site Training:

Organizations that need personalized and thorough training should go with our on-site training. A single or multiple day training session at your location provides all of your teachers and therapists with very detailed instruction. It also allows for plenty of time to assist users in entering thier goals. On-site training is recommended for schools or districts that have over 20 teachers.

Support Options:

Goal Tracker support is included in the purchase price. All of the options below can be used freely and without limits. Log-out Protection:

Goal Tracker helps to limit un-authorized access to your computer by locking Goal Tracker after a certain period of inactivity. This protects your data in case you forget to log out. If the user comes back to their computer, they simply need to enter their password to keep working.

Activity Tracking:

Goal Tracker keeps logs of many types of user activities. This helps us to monitor, track, or reverse changes if an un-authorized person ever gained access.
